Five Life-Changing Heart-Filling Days Away from My Kids with the Rwanda Children

Five Life-Changing Heart-Filling Days Away from My Kids with the Rwanda Children

By Brianne Hendrick

As the children saw our vehicle approaching they ran out to greet us. Those precious faces I had been admiring in still frames now stood before me. So moved, I fought back my tears. The highlight of my morning was being able to hug the very child my family sponsors. Her name is Providence.

What Happens When Women Gather with Christ as Our Center?

What Happens When Women Gather with Christ as Our Center?

by Elise Daly Parker

We gathered in a circle, the team members of Circles of Faith, to pray over the evening. And we were off…Time to greet the attendees of Circles of Faith LIVE – Women of Influence. Each woman who joined us seemed eager to meet others, hear an inspiring message, break bread together, and cross over bridges of separation - denomination, race, age - to connection.

Ministry Spotlight: Five-Fifteen.org Fighting the Darkness of Human Sex Trafficking with the Light

by Kim Hyland

It wasn’t long ago when this evil hit my radar. And I went through all the emotions. I wanted to forget or to somehow make it not true. I desperately wanted to turn my face away, but I couldn’t. So I prayed. And as I prayed, my shock was turned to awe.

The Collyde Summit Gather, Worship, and Become Part of How God is Moving in the NJ, NY, PA Area

by Angele Tanyeri

The Collyde Summit is a gathering of passionate believers in the NY, NJ, and PA area, who love Jesus and are convicted to become world changers. Collyde turned out to be a life-changing experience for me! To gather and worship in this way was profound.  It also gave me a chance to ‘collide’ with individuals I may not have had an opportunity to meet otherwise.

How One Man’s Vision Is Saving Is Saving Lives in Rwanda

How One Man’s Vision Is Saving Is Saving Lives in Rwanda

by Brianne Hendrick

It began with a prayer. “God, make me a part of something bigger than myself, something my family can be invested in that will bless your kingdom, something that can only be explained by saying, ‘God is in this.’“ Literally, the day after I prayed that simple prayer, I logged on to Facebook and noticed a dear friend of mine doing mission work in Rwanda.

Are you an Effective Witness?

Are you an Effective Witness?

by Angele Tanyeri

Whether it is recognized or not, every human being has a worldview. A worldview is the overall interpretation of reality based on ideas, beliefs and attitudes that influence the way one sees life and the world. These concepts help mankind create a global image of the world, identify with society and man’s place in it. Communicating what we believe in an effective way – that points people to biblical truth – requires an understanding of biblical principles, respect and tolerance.

Fight Back With Joy by Margaret Feinberg - A Book Review

Fight Back With Joy by Margaret Feinberg - A Book Review

by Joanne Viola

The very word is thrown around as a goal to achieve, an attribute to display, an inspiration on a plaque or pillow. Yet many of us find joy difficult to understand and, at times, harder to find. Fight Back With Joy is a transparent and vulnerable story of a woman's battle to maintain joy throughout a difficult diagnosis.
